Recently Launched HTBX, LLC Planning Denver’s Second Social Cannabis Consumption Space, Cannabis Conversations Symposium and Product Demos During Event

WHAT: Agile Box Company Inc., dba Quanto Incorporated, developer of The HTBX cannabis consumption spaces, is hosting a Denver Arts Week Block Party, a community-driven event showcasing various forms of art, including live music, a local art marketplace, and educational talks focused on the current state of the cannabis community.

The community-supported and socially responsible event will be held November 1-3, 2019 in the RiNo Arts District in Denver, will feature The HTBX cannabis consumption space, and will spotlight responsible partnerships and innovative solutions to address the growing problem of social consumption in a post-prohibition world.

Cannabis Conversations: MegaFauna, the creative supply shop, gallery and services agency at 3102 Blake Street, will host “Cannabis Conversations”, a cannabis symposium with panel discussions and presentations covering sustainability, social equity, cannabis regulations, and other related topics, on Saturday, November 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Discussions will include a three-part panel on the Future of Cannabis in the Consumption Era, moderated by GoFire:

1. Community Engagement in the Consumption Era, with Alyssa Ufer, CEO and owner of Kaya Events, Sarah Woodson, CEO of Kush & Canvases, and Bethany Semeiks, community manager of GoFire.

2. Cannabis Rules & Regulatory Changes, with Jordan Wellington Esq., VP of Government Affairs and VS Strategies with Vicente Sederberg LLP, Rachael Z. Ardanuy, Cannabis Business Attorney at RZA Legal, and Chris Stefan with Cannabis Capital Advisors.

3. Research, Science & Medicine in the Consumption Era, with Dr. Marty Otanez, Ph.D., Department of Anthropology, CU Denver, Travis Lippert, owner of VeedVerks CBD, and Dr. Joanne Zeiger, CEO of Canna Research, 2008 Ironman World Champion.

Music & Art Marketplace: 14er Brewing Company at 3120 Blake Street, and MegaFauna at 3102 Blake Street, will be showcasing vendors with local art, non-THC cannabis products, and product demos on Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 14er Brewing Company will have live music on Friday, November 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday, November 2 from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Social Cannabis Consumption: The HTBX social cannabis consumption space will be located at 3102 Blake Street. The HTBX is a designated consumption area (DCA) built out of an up-cycled shipping container and adhering to Denver’s strict DCA regulations. The HTBX is the first solution for a temporary DCA and is pioneering innovation to provide a legal place to consume cannabis. Patrons must be over 21 years of age with valid ID and must supply their own cannabis for consumption. The HTBX will be open Friday, November 1 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on November 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and November 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
